Theo Breitenstein
Theo Breitenstein, a native of Switzerland, holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Lucerne, as well as an MBA degree from the University of St. Gallen, Swizerland. He has held numerous senior management positions with Swiss, German, and American engineering and high-tech firms. Currently, Mr. Breitenstein is the owner of EMACX systems, an energy management firm, and resides in Montclair, New Jersey with his wife, Anne.

Carter Conlon
Carter Conlon, a native of Canada, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Sociology. Mr. Conlon serves as the pastor of Times Square Church, an interdenominational congregation located in Manhattan, New York City with 7,000 members representing over 100 nationalities. Mr. Conlon also serves on the board of World Challenge Incorporated, an organization credited with establishing worldwide drug addiction and alcoholism rehabilitation programs, founded by David Wilkerson.

Jerald E. Hampton
Jerald E. Hampton, a native of the United States of America, began his career in financial services industry in 1977. He is currently Executive Vice President of AXA Financial and Director of Strategic Distribution Services Division. Mr. Hampton serves on the boards of NAVA (National Association of Variable Annuities) and the SIA (Securities Industry Association) sales and marketing committee. Mr. Hampton resides in Hopatcong, New Jersey with his wife, Glenda.

Ji Hoon Hong
Ji Hoon Hong, a native of South Korea, is a corporate attorney and is a partner at Shearman & Sterling, LLP, an international law firm. He specializes in capital markets and structured finance. He graduated from Harvard Law School (J.D., '86) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (S.B. in economics, '83). He resides in New York City with his wife, Myung-Soo.

Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses

None of the directors or officers of World Aid New York receives any compensation for the services they perform for World Aid New York. Actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by any director or officer in the course of performance of their official duties for World Aid New York, including travel expenses incurred for investigation of potential aid opportunities, are reimbursed by World Aid New York.
